Job Description :
1) Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target per month and per product.
2) Seeking out new promotional opportunities for company products.
3) To participate in order to generate sales budget, sales analysis and strategy planning with the team members.
4) Responsible to coordinate with Engineering Department and sales team for preparation of sales proposal, technical presentation and deliverable to customers.
5) To cultivate and maintain a healthy customer partnership for the long-term growth potential.
6) To develop, provide customers excellent service and shall maintain good relationship with our valued customers and corporate organization.
7) Work effectively and efficiently with sales team.
8) Process enquiries, quotations, purchase order (PO) and other documentations which is related to Internal sales Department.
9) To ensure enquiries send to the correct supplier / origins.
10) To follow-up with supplier to make sure we received their quotation before the closing date and time.
11) To ensure submission of quotation to client on the specified closing date and time.
12) To check the price, technical specification and other term and condition before submit to client.
13) Manage the technical clarification from client and supplier to ensure we quote the correct item.
14) To follow-up with client or do the call-calling regarding the status of all quotation that have been submitted.
15) To response on any other clarification relating to enquiries/ quotation/ PO/delivery status.
16) To check the prices, technical specification and other term conditions on PO received from client and PO to supplier.
17) Negotiate with supplier on price discount and payment term.
18) Working together with logistic department on tax and freight charges.
19) Working together with engineering team on the technical issue.
20) To provide daily report or current updates in Sales Department and other related Hablem Whats App group for good news, issues, tasks and plans.
21) To carry out such other duties & responsibilities as per Company required from time to time.
