Make daily calls to customers about their overdue payments.
* Negotiate with customers on settlement of outstanding amounts.
* To compile and submit information about problematic accounts to the Unit Managers.
* Meet department target settings.
* Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
* 1-2 years working experience in banking /finance especially in collections or call center will be an added. advantage.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
* Able to start ASAP.
