Job Description

• Assist Head of Department to coordinate project activities, planning, scheduling, resources, and other related information;
• Liaise with customer to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives;
• Assist to tracking work order to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Effectively communicating with customers and supplier in a professional and friendly manner
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the customer and project team;
• Assist to track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades;
• Prepare Quotation and assist in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair
• Maintain relevant Tracking Log;
• Constitutes accurate and significant communication of information between operation and management;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as require
• 2 years minimum of experience specific to the above description
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma in Electrical;
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery;
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management;
• Ability to work well in a team while being able to manage and prioritize your own;
