Customer Services Executive

Basic: RM1850 - RM2500 (Basic)
Allowances: Commissions, Language, Shift, Overtime, Annual Increment, Bonus.

1) Able to handle incoming customer enquiries over the social media and emails;
2) Willingness to take responsibility to handle customer issues in a professional and courteous manner;
3) Possess reasonably strong analytical skills to identify cause of problems and recommend solutions;
4) Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
5) Ability to multi-task and with good attention to detail.
