To coordinate and monitor of office supplies e.g. stationary and stock control;
• Monitor telephone extension call – check report printing, submit report. Communicate with service provider if necessary and arrange for [professional maintenance; Courier management – review and summaries billing;
• Office administration with the following functions;
• Monitor and frequent check of office minor technical maintenance. To arrange with building maintenance when handling major technical;
• Monitor reception area and function;
• Monitor tea lady and pantry stock are always available for staff and guests;
• Monitor cleanliness of office area;
• To ensure the safety of office area as per guided by City Council;
• Monitoring the handling of document delivery either by courier, post or by hand;
• Provide necessary advice and assistant to staff relating to office admin.
• Handle and monitor the issuance of Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisition;
• Assists and executive in processing client case work, following up on results, consistently and timely;
• To do general duties or multitasking as directed by the Superior.
