PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO)
•Responsible in project office administration and documentations including document control, filing system and compiling reports to ensure it is well documented.
•General secretarial tasks for the Senior Vice President
•Alternate secretary to the Chief Executive Officer/President
•Assist the management in the preparation of processes documents for the ISO and CMMI exercise.
•Liased with HR Department that includes staff tracking, compiling timesheets, claims submission and other related issues to HR.
•Liased with the Account Department that includes petty-cash handling, purchase requisition and other related issues to Account and Finance.
•Assisting the Training Department in coordinating the training includes preparation of training manuals and training room.
•Maintain the company contact database.
