Job Description

MADAME FARAH is a company that involved in fashion and cosmetic industry since 3 years ago. This company is specialised in women clothes in variety of designs and sizes.

Responsibilities :

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction thru excellent sales service.

Attend to customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on the product features.

Actively seek out customers in the store.

Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.

Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Build trust relationship with customers.

Requirements :

Proven working experience.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Good command in ENGLISH and BAHASA MELAYU.

Minimum education qualification is DIPLOMA.

Must be able to work on weekdays and public holidays.

Be able to work at GLENMARIE TTDI JAYA, SHAH ALAM. (Management Office)
