Tender ExecutiveRM 2,500 - 5,000 per month
Job scope:
1. Prepare tender documents, specifications, contracts, quantity take off, bills of quantities, budgets and other documentation as needed; obtain approvals prior to submission of tenders and contracts awards.
2. Take charge in handling, reviewing, and tracking of Variation orders
3. Cost estimation for tender, quotation, and variation order.
4. Review and prepare contracts/agreements and coordinate for award of sub-contractor work and ensure return of duly signed Sub-Contractors’ Agreements, Contracts or Work Orders.
5. Liaise with stakeholders on specifications, needs & request statement, information collection & confirmation.
6. Call for quotations, review, evaluate and negotiate for awarding of sub-contracts
7. Quantity taking-off for material order, submission of claim, certification of supplier / sub-contractor’s claim and final account.
8. To assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.
9. To carry out any other ad-hoc task assigned by Contract Manager / Management
